Tom Connor will call our insurance agent for a copy of our policy. We recently paid the renewal of $750.00

Mary Blank will have stakes installed along the roads and the speed bumps to guide the snow plowers. She has re-contracted with Aronson's to plow the Association streets.
Judy Merriam will check the boat racks to be sure that the boats are tied down for winter.
A winter social gathering for the Association was discussed. Kim will bring some suggestions back to the next meeting.
Jim O'Brien reported that the jetty repair will commence next spring.
Rules and Regulations for the beach will be included and distributed with the next set of minutes.
Mike Eisele asked the Association for a financial contribution toward the paving of the road leading to his home. A discussion followed concerning the ownership of the roads. A decision about payment was tabled until it can be determined if HERCC owns the road.
It was decided that a letter would be sent to the Willenkins advising them that the Association owns about 25 feet beyond the fence that currently sits on the road leading from Soundview Avenue to the Willenkin property.

On behalf of the Board and the Association, Mary congratulated Tom Connors and his new bride on their recent marriage. She also wished a speedy recovery and return home to Pauline Anderson, who has been recently hospitalized.
The Board thanked Rita Amaio for replacing the tubs and flowers on the beach lot and Mary for the paint used to paint the speed bumps.
